Mechanicsburg

Mechanicsburg is the western edge of where we work, and it's worth the drive — the suburbs out here are full of houses ten to thirty years old that are due for their first serious repaint.

Vinyl and fiber cement siding both take paint well when they're washed and primed correctly, and both fail fast when they aren't. We soft wash first, then coat with products rated for the substrate.

Inside, most of these projects are whole-home color changes: every ceiling, wall, and trim run, sequenced room by room so the family can keep living there while we work.
